以聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)作为堇青石粉体流延成形工艺的分散剂,分析了不同含量分散剂和pH值对流延浆料的影响,探索了分散剂PAAS对堇青石粉体颗粒吸附机制,研究了PAAS对堇青石粉体流延浆料的分散机理.结果表明:PAAS电离的RCOO-吸附在堇青石颗粒表面与Mg-OH+电荷中心发生作用,产生静电稳定作用和空间位阻作用对堇青石粉体达到较理想的分散效果.当pH=9.5,堇青石初级浆料PAAS加入质量分数为1.5%时,RCOO-在堇青石粉体表面吸附达到饱和,浆料的分散稳定性最佳.

An aqueous tape casting of cordierite ceramics was developed using PAAS as dispersant,the sorption mechanism and dispersing mechanism of PAAS which absorb onto the cordierite powder surface were investigated,the content of PAAS was also measured.The results show that the RCOO-group released by the PAAS is mainly attracted by the positive electric centers of Mg-OH+ on the surface of cordierite particles in basicity condition.Cordierite ceramics are dispersed by the static electricity stabilization and spatial steric hindrance function.When pH is 9.5,the concentration of PAA is 1.5wt%,the absorption comes up to saturation and stabilized,and the dispersiveness is well.
