对扎龙自然保护区丹顶鹤源大肠杆菌进行分离培养，开展大肠杆菌耐药性调查。采用纸片扩散法测定各分离菌株对17种抗微生物药的敏感性。结果表明：丹顶鹤源大肠杆菌分离株对各抗微生物药的敏感性不同。受试菌株对氨苄西林、头孢噻吩的耐药率分别为57．5％、47．5％，对氟苯尼考、氨曲南、阿莫西林／棒酸均敏感。

In order to investigate the drug resistance of Escherichia coli from Grus japonensis, Escherichia coli was isolated from the fecal samples in Zhalong National Nature Reserve. The sensitivity of 17 antibi- otics against Escherichia coli isolates was determined by scrip diffusion method. The results of antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that all the isolates expressed drug resistance. The drug fast rates to Ampicillin and Cefalotin were 57.5 % ,47.5 % respectively. Most of the isolated Escherichia coli strains have high sensitive to Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Acid, Aztreonam and Florfenicol.
