The reputation infringement case between from Professor Chen Tang-fa Nanjing University and the China blog website was called the China＇s first case of blog.We can see the conflict between blog and reputation in this case.This paper gives a preliminary analysis on the reasons of disputes and the methods to solve the problem in order to promote the development of blog.
