以异烟肼和硫酸亚铁为原料,在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液中合成了一种新型的Ve(II)配合物.该配合物的晶体结构通过单晶体X-射线衍射分析、红外光谱、热重分析进行了表征.晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群.晶胞参数:a=1.26047(12)nm,b=2.5607(2)nm,c=1.20134(10)nm,β=92.781(5)°,V=3.8730(6)nm3,Z=4,μ(MoKa)=0.932mm^-1,F(000)=1808.0,R,=0.0677,wR2=0.2575[I〉2σ(I)].每个Fe(II)原子分别位于一变形的配位八面体中心.两个Fe(II)原子通过两个SO4^2-桥连,形成双核结构,每个八面体的剩余4个配位点分别与两个异烟肼的端基N原子和羰基O原子配位.

A novel Fe(II) complex with INH(where INH = isoniazid) has been synthesized in DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide). The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by IR, UV-Vis, TGA, X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The structure was sloved by the direct method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a = 1.26047(12) nm, b = 2.5607(2) nm, c = 1.20134(10) nm, p=92.781(5)°, and V= 3.8730(6) nm3, Z =4, μ(Mo Ka) =0.932mm-1, F(000) = 1808.0, R, =0.0677, wR2 = 0. 2575 [I 〉 2σ(I)]. Two Fe(II) atoms were bridged by SO4^2- to form a dinuclear coordination complex.
