随着经济的发展,我国饭店行业竞争日趋激烈。而饭店员工尤其是一线基层员工居高不下的离职率一直困扰着饭店管理者,该怎样提高员工满意度降低流失率就成为了管理者首先考虑的问题。针对这种情况,采用问卷调查的方式,以福州三家星级饭店一线基层员工为调查对象,调查分析员工的工作满意度及影响因素,发现一线基层员工普遍认为薪酬太低,男性员工、前厅员工、已婚员工与工作半年以下的员工对自己的上级认同度相对较高;学历与婚姻状况影响一线基层员工的人际关系;年龄与婚姻状况影响员工对饭店考评制度的认知;月收入与婚姻状况影响员工对培训与晋升的认知。
隨著經濟的髮展,我國飯店行業競爭日趨激烈。而飯店員工尤其是一線基層員工居高不下的離職率一直睏擾著飯店管理者,該怎樣提高員工滿意度降低流失率就成為瞭管理者首先攷慮的問題。針對這種情況,採用問捲調查的方式,以福州三傢星級飯店一線基層員工為調查對象,調查分析員工的工作滿意度及影響因素,髮現一線基層員工普遍認為薪酬太低,男性員工、前廳員工、已婚員工與工作半年以下的員工對自己的上級認同度相對較高;學歷與婚姻狀況影響一線基層員工的人際關繫;年齡與婚姻狀況影響員工對飯店攷評製度的認知;月收入與婚姻狀況影響員工對培訓與晉升的認知。

With the development of economy,Chinese hotel industry competes increasingly.However,the hotel staff,especially in front-line has resigned frequently,which puzzled hotel managers.What the managers have to consider is how to improve employee satisfaction and reduce wastage rate.In view of this situation,using the survey methods,this article investigates and analyzes the staff job satisfaction and influencing factors in three Fuscous hotels.Results are as the following: the salary of the grass-root staff is too low.Male employees,front-desk employees,married employees and the ones who work less half a year are acceptable to the superior.Degree and marital status affect the interpersonal relationship of the lower level employees.Age and marital status affect the understanding of employee to the hotel evaluation system.Income and marital status affect the employee's cognition to training and promotion.
