为研究车载导弹发射过程系统的动态响应和导弹的运动特性,从理论角度分析了发射过程系统的振动特性,并综合分析了导弹运动扰动原理.在对发射系统合理简化的基础上建立了整车刚柔耦合动力学模型,在模型中考虑了抛盖与燃气冲击载荷,进行了完整发射过程的刚柔耦合动力学仿真.所得仿真结果与试验数据相吻合.研究结果表明,所建刚柔耦合动力学模型能够较真实地模拟导弹发射过程,整个系统结构阻尼设计基本合理,能够满足战术要求.
為研究車載導彈髮射過程繫統的動態響應和導彈的運動特性,從理論角度分析瞭髮射過程繫統的振動特性,併綜閤分析瞭導彈運動擾動原理.在對髮射繫統閤理簡化的基礎上建立瞭整車剛柔耦閤動力學模型,在模型中攷慮瞭拋蓋與燃氣遲擊載荷,進行瞭完整髮射過程的剛柔耦閤動力學倣真.所得倣真結果與試驗數據相吻閤.研究結果錶明,所建剛柔耦閤動力學模型能夠較真實地模擬導彈髮射過程,整箇繫統結構阻尼設計基本閤理,能夠滿足戰術要求.

To research the dynamic response of the system and movement characteristic of the missile during launch process of vehicular missile,the system vibration characteristic was analyzed theoretically.The missile movement disturbance principle was analyzed comprehensively.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was created based on simplified launch system.The impact force of jettison and jet flow were considered in the model.The rigid-flexible dynamic simulation for the whole launch process was carried out.Simulation results and experimental results are identical with each other.The study results show that the launch process of missile can be simulated well by the created rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model.The damp design of the whole system is basically reasonable,and the tactical requirements can be satisfied.
