为有效降低弹药前舱对聚能射流的干扰作用,提高射流穿过前舱后的侵彻威力,设计了一种新结构药型罩.通过将前舱等效为均质靶板的等效方法,得到了均质等效靶的等效厚度.利用AUTODYN-2D数值仿真软件分别对新结构药型罩和常规药型罩射流侵彻等效前舱作用过程进行了数值计算,并对射流穿过等效前舱后的侵彻孔形进行了理论计算.结果表明,与常规药型罩相比,新结构药型罩降低了等效前舱对射流的能量消耗,提高了射流穿过等效前舱后的头部速度和射流能量,对带等效前舱钢筋混凝土目标的侵彻深度提高了11.7%以上,理论计算和试验孔形基本吻合.新结构药型罩射流对前舱的抗干扰能力明显优于常规药型罩.

To reduce the interference of forward section on shaped charge jet and improve the penetration ability of jet after penetrating through forward section,a new-type liner was designed.By the equivalent method that the forward section was equivalent as homogeneous target,the equivalent thickness of homogeneous target was obtained.AUTODYN-2D numerical simulation software was used for calculating the process of jet penetrating forward section of new liner and conventional liner respectively.The cavity shape created by jet penetrating through equivalent forward section was theoretically calculated.Compared with conventional liner,the energy consumption is reduced,and tip velocity and jet kinetic energy are in creased by using new liner.By using new liner,the penetration depth is increased by 11.7% while jet penetrating into reinforced concrete with equivalent section.The cavity shape of calculation is consistent with that of experiments.The anti-interference capability of new liner is better than that of conventional liner.
