低碳经济是实现我国经济可持续发展的必由之路。吉林省作为我国最早进行建设的生态省之一,发展低碳经济是其重要的生态建设内容。根据吉林省经济结构特点,借鉴发达国家实施的促低碳经济发展的财税政策实践,积极构建符合吉林省省情的促低碳经济发展的财税政策体系,将有力促进我省的生态建设,实现经济的快速发展。
低碳經濟是實現我國經濟可持續髮展的必由之路。吉林省作為我國最早進行建設的生態省之一,髮展低碳經濟是其重要的生態建設內容。根據吉林省經濟結構特點,藉鑒髮達國傢實施的促低碳經濟髮展的財稅政策實踐,積極構建符閤吉林省省情的促低碳經濟髮展的財稅政策體繫,將有力促進我省的生態建設,實現經濟的快速髮展。
저탄경제시실현아국경제가지속발전적필유지로。길림성작위아국최조진행건설적생태성지일,발전저탄경제시기중요적생태건설내용。근거길림성경제결구특점,차감발체국가실시적촉저탄경제발전적재세정책실천,적겁구건부합길림성성정적촉저탄경제발전적재세정책체계,장유력촉진아성적생태건설,실현경제적쾌속발전。
Low-carbon economy is the only way leading to sustainable economy development of our country.For Jilin Province,one of the earliest constructed ecologic provinces,low-carbon economy development is important for its ecological construction.Borrowing ideas from practices of developed countries in finance and taxation policies based on characteristics of Jilin Province in economic structure and actively constructing a system of finance and taxation policies according to the situation of Jilin Province will greatly accelerate the ecological construction of our prince,and so realize a rapid economic development.
