在热重分析仪上,猪粪、稻壳、玉米秸秆、木屑等五种生物质进行热解实验研究。研究发现,生物质的热解过程可分为干燥预热阶段、挥发份析出段、碳化阶段。不同种类的生物质挥发份析出温度、挥发份析出终止温度、最大失重速率对应温度均不相同。通过动力学计算可知玉米秸秆的热解活化能较小,说明它的热解过程最容易进行。

Five kinds of biomass with the same heating rate were pyrolyzed in a thermogravimetric analyzer to investigate the pyrolysis performance of each material.The result shows that the pyrolysis process of biomass includes three stages,which are heating and desiccation phase,volatile compounds release and carbonization phase.Different types of biomass have different volatile release temperature,termination of volatile release temperature,and DTG curve peak temperature.By thermal analysis kinetics,it shows the activation energy of cornstalk is low.That means pyrolysis of cornstalk is easy to process.
