本文从学科建设的角度论述了科研档案对于高校发展的重要作用，就学科建设与档案资源之间的密切相关性、如何整合档案资源以及整合的档案资源如何为学科建设服务三个问题进行了全新论述，提出通过建立教师个人科研档案数据库，以整合人力资源、构建学科团队、提升学科建设。
本文從學科建設的角度論述瞭科研檔案對于高校髮展的重要作用，就學科建設與檔案資源之間的密切相關性、如何整閤檔案資源以及整閤的檔案資源如何為學科建設服務三箇問題進行瞭全新論述，提齣通過建立教師箇人科研檔案數據庫，以整閤人力資源、構建學科糰隊、提升學科建設。
본문종학과건설적각도논술료과연당안대우고교발전적중요작용，취학과건설여당안자원지간적밀절상관성、여하정합당안자원이급정합적당안자원여하위학과건설복무삼개문제진행료전신논술，제출통과건립교사개인과연당안수거고，이정합인력자원、구건학과단대、제승학과건설。
The paper discussed the important role of the scientific research records for the development of institutions of higher learning. It creatively studied the close relationship between the archives resources and the discipline construction, the problems of how to integrate the archives resources and how to serve the discipline construction through the integrated resources. It brought up with the solution of constructing the teachers＇ personal research records database, which aimed to integrate human resources, to form disciplinary team and to promote disciplinary construction .
