通过正交试验,探讨了反应温度、体系pH值、反应时间和淀粉乳浓度对取代度的影响,得出辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯制备的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度35℃、体系pH值8.5、反应时间3h、淀粉乳浓度40%.且辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的红外光谱图显示在1 570.06cm^-1和1 726.34cm^-1处出现RCOO-和〉C=O的特征吸收峰,表明淀粉分子上引入了酯基和羧酸基.
通過正交試驗,探討瞭反應溫度、體繫pH值、反應時間和澱粉乳濃度對取代度的影響,得齣辛烯基琥珀痠澱粉酯製備的最佳工藝條件為:反應溫度35℃、體繫pH值8.5、反應時間3h、澱粉乳濃度40%.且辛烯基琥珀痠澱粉酯的紅外光譜圖顯示在1 570.06cm^-1和1 726.34cm^-1處齣現RCOO-和〉C=O的特徵吸收峰,錶明澱粉分子上引入瞭酯基和羧痠基.

Through the orthogonal tests,the effects of reaction temperature,pH of reaction system,reaction time and starch concentration on the degree of substitution are discussed,and the optimum technological conditions can be determined as follows: reaction temperature 35 ℃,pH 8.5 in reaction system,reaction time 3 h and starch concentration 40%.The FT-IR spectrum of octenyl succinate starch shows the characteristic absorption peaks of RCOO-at 1570.06 cm^-1 and 〉C=O at 1726.34 cm^-1,which suggests that the ester group and the carboxylic group are introduced into the starch molecular.
