采用响应面分析法研究锌基复合絮凝剂的制备条件.以ZnCl2、AlCl3、PAM和HCl加入量为自变量,以浊度去除率为因变量,运用Box-Behnken(BB)设计研究各自变量及其交互作用对浊度去除率的影响.以二次响应曲面模型为基础,得到浊度去除率达到最高值99.36%时复合絮凝剂中ZnCl2、AlCl3、PAM和HCl的最佳加入量分别为11.4%、11.2%、0.0157%和3.1%.对最优条件进行实验验证,预测值与实验值非常吻合.

A response surface analysis was applied to optimize the operating condition of zinc complex flocculant.With zinc chloride dosage,aluminum chloride dosage,polyacrylamide dosage and hydrochloric acid dosage as independent variables(factors) and turbidity removal rate as dependent variable(response),a four-level Box-Behnken factorial design was employed to study the relationship of independent variables and dependent variable.Numerical optimization based on the statistically significant model was carried out for zinc chloride optimal dosage of 11.4%,aluminum chloride optimal dosage of 11.2%,polyacrylamide optimal dosage of 0.0157% and hydrochloric acid optimal dosage of 3.1%,and the removal efficiencie for turbidity reached as high as 99.36%.The experimental data and model predictions agreed well under the optimal conditions.
