基于利益相关者理论，结合企业规范化管理概念，本文提出了校外实习基地规范化管理。在已有相关研究成果基础上，论述了校外实习基地利益相关者的构成；通过梳理校外实习基地的建设历程，阐述了其规范化管理的动力机制。在上述分析结果基础上，探讨了校外实习基地规范化管理的原则与管理流程。最后，指出了校外实习基地规范化管理深入研究的方向。

Based on the stakeholder theory, combined with the concept of enterprise normalized management, this paper puts forward the normalized management of practice base. Then, the type of stakeholders related to practice base is classified, and the dynamic mechanism of normalized management is analyzed, which leads to the principle and management process of normalized management of practice base. Finally, the direction of further study is discussed.
