针对重卡等车辆上使用的高位进气管功能简单,下游空滤器负担重的问题,开发了一种新型高位进气管,改进了进气结构,强化了除尘、分水功能。基于Fluent对此高位进气管进行了流动特性分析,研究了其压力场和速度场分布,结果表明此进气管流场分布合理,压降在要求的范围之内。试验表明,该新型高位进气管有效提高了空滤器的使用寿命。
針對重卡等車輛上使用的高位進氣管功能簡單,下遊空濾器負擔重的問題,開髮瞭一種新型高位進氣管,改進瞭進氣結構,彊化瞭除塵、分水功能。基于Fluent對此高位進氣管進行瞭流動特性分析,研究瞭其壓力場和速度場分佈,結果錶明此進氣管流場分佈閤理,壓降在要求的範圍之內。試驗錶明,該新型高位進氣管有效提高瞭空濾器的使用壽命。

Aiming at the problem of heavy burden of downstream air filter and the simple function of high inlet pipe used on heavy truck, a new high inlet pipe is designed, in which the intake structure is improved, and the function of dust removal and water diversion is strengthened. In order to get the pressure and velocity field, Flow characteristic is analysised base on Fluent. The result in- dicates that flow field distribution is reasonable, that the pressure drop is in the range of the required. The tests indicate that the new designed high inlet pipe improves the life of air filter
