为更好地对卫星导航系统时间同步进行监测,基于Shewhart算法和CUSUM算法的特点,提出了一种Shewhart-CUSUM组合算法。改变状态转移概率,获得小于CUSUM算法的平均运行长度(ARL)。三种算法的关键性能指标ARL比较和实测数据的验证结果表明:在选择合适的参数后,组合算法能有效检测时间同步数据异常。

To monitor the time synchronization data for the satellite navigation better,a novel Shewhart-CUSUM combined algorithm was put forward based on the characteristics of Shewhart control chart and CUSUM control chart in this paper.The average run length(ARL) gained by the combined algorithm through changing the state transition probabilities was shorter than that of CUSUM algorithm.The ARL comparison of the three algorithms and the veritification results of the real data showed that the both burst and continuous shifts could be detected by the combined algorithm effectively after the parameters selected properly.
