本文通过对四川省采用新型干法水泥生产企业回转窑废气监测数据进行统计分析,建立了新型干法水泥回转窑废气产生量与水泥熟料产量的关系数学模型,并对模型进行了验证,该模型既可以用于监测人员现场核查企业填报生产量真实性,也可以用于判断实测废气量的合理性。
本文通過對四川省採用新型榦法水泥生產企業迴轉窯廢氣鑑測數據進行統計分析,建立瞭新型榦法水泥迴轉窯廢氣產生量與水泥熟料產量的關繫數學模型,併對模型進行瞭驗證,該模型既可以用于鑑測人員現場覈查企業填報生產量真實性,也可以用于判斷實測廢氣量的閤理性。

In this paper, a mothemotic model was established and verified for the relationship between the exhaust gas production and the cement production of new type dry process cement rotary kiln on the basis of monitored data analysis in Sichuan Province. The model can be used for verifying the reality of production reported by the enterprise on-site, and also for determining the rationality of actual monitored exhaust gas emission.
