目的探讨视盘周围视网膜下出血(PPSRH)的临床特征和发病相关因素.方法回顾性分析25例(41只眼)PPSRH患者的眼底表现及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)等临床资料.结果 25例(41只眼)中,19例为近视眼,平均年龄为37.8岁,单纯PPSRH9例(16只眼),PPSRH伴视盘表面出血15例(24只眼),PPSRH伴视盘表面出血和玻璃体积血1例(1只眼);FFA检查显示PPSRH为遮蔽荧光,晚期视盘呈不规则强荧光或结节状强荧光,未见新生血管荧光素渗漏.结论推测PPSRH的发病与视盘埋藏性玻璃疣有关.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the related factors of peripapillary subretinal hemorrhage(PPSRH).Methods The clinical documents of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)of 25 patients(41 eyes)with PPSRH were retrospectively analyzed.Results In all of those 41 eyes,19 were myopes,the average age was 37.8 years old.Sixteen eyes were PPSRH,24 eyes were PPSRH with disc hemorrhage,and 1 eye was PPSRH with disc and vitreous hemorrhage.In the FFA,the hemorrhage showed blocked fluorescence and the optic disc showed irregular hyperfluorescence or nodular hyperfluorescence at the late phase.The fluorescence leakages of neovascular were not observed.Conclusions PPSRH might be related to buried optic disc drusen.
