在中小学教师专业发展90学时集中培训项目的实施过程中,师训机构将教师教学实践普遍地理解为教师的课堂教学实践,并由此认为培训必须安排在学期中途进行,从而导致工学矛盾。要对教师教学中第一实践和第二实践加以区分,把教师培训的重点放在第一实践上,以有效解决培训中的工学矛盾,并大幅提升培训实效。

There is a 90-class hour training program in the teachers' training projects.The training center always regards it as classroom teaching practice and arranges it during a school term,which always leads to work-study conflict.It is important to differ the first practice from the second practice in teaching,and more efforts must be spent on the former to solve the conflict and improve the training effectiveness.
