教师是决定教学质量的重要因素,是学校发展的中坚力量。农村代课教师归属感的缺乏,影响到农村学校的教学效果、教学进度和教师队伍稳定。国家政策保障缺失、学校管理不善和教师个人素养不高是农村代课教师归属感缺乏的主要原因。需要从完善国家政策保障、营造良好工作环境和提高教师个人素养三个方面寻求农村代课教师归属感的建构。

Teachers are of the most determining factors to teaching quality and school development.Temporary teachers in rural schools who are short of belonging sense affect teaching effect,teaching schedule and teachers' stabilization of rural schools The main reasons which cause teachers are short of belonging sense are lacking of indemnificatory country policy,disadvantage in schools' management and diathesis of teachers.We should from the following three aspects to build belonging sense of rural teachers: improving country policy,constructing good working environment and advancing the diathesis of teachers.
