作为具有电力行业背景的沈阳工程学院，建设具有自身特色的电子信息工程专业是非常必要的。在特色型人才培养目标上，确定为熟悉电力行业、掌握电子信息技术的复合型人才；课程体系的设计是实现培养目标的基础，正确的课程体系设置是完成特色型人才培养的保证。在课程体系设计上，遵循了由培养目标确定能力素质要求，由能力素质要求落实到课程体系设置的规律。

It is very necessary for Shenyang Institute of Engineering to construct electronic information engineering major with its own characteristic as a college with electric industry background. This author puts forward that multiple talents who are familiar with electric industry and master electronic information engineering project are the talent ob- jective. The design of curriculum system is the foundation of realizing the cultivating objectives, and the set up of cor- rect curriculum system is the guarantee of cultivating talents. In the design of curriculum system, we insist on the rule that from cultivating objective to make sure the demand of quality and ability, and according to the quality and ability to adjust the curriculum system.
