通过对高职学生志愿服务精神以及能力进行的调查，结果显示，高职学生高度认同志愿服务，但对志愿服务认识肤浅；有参与志愿服务，但具体实践不够；高职学生自身的综合志愿服务能力需要进一步提升；服务的环境需要进一步改善。建议加强宣教和引导，使志愿服务精神深入人心；有效组织，深入开展丰富的志愿活动：加强指导和培训，持续提升志愿服务能力；优化高职学生志愿服务环境。

Through the survey on higher vocational students＇ volunteer service spirit and ability, the result shows that higher vocational students identity volunteer service highly, but their understanding is superficial. They participate in volunteer service, but the specific practice is not enough. The ability of higher vocational students＇ comprehensive volunteer service needs increasing further, and the environment of service needs improving further. It suggests strengthening propaganda and guidance so that volunteer service spirit can be understood well. It needs effective organization to develop broad volunteer activities deeply. It needs guidance and training to promote volunteer service ability eontinuaUy, and optimizes the environment of higher vocational students＇ volunteer service.
