调查显示，大部分用人单位认为船舶高职毕业生的职业道德素养比较令人满意，但也存在不尽人意的地方。突出问题是：毕业生的择业观和价值观存在着急功近利倾向，工作中缺乏吃苦耐劳精神、责任意识、敬业精神和团队精神。用人单位认为优秀的员工应具备爱岗敬业、团结合作、诚实守信、开拓创新、遵纪守法等基本职业道德素养。
