保障性住房建设是当前我国最受关注的民生问题,其设计建造依然延续传统的方式,制约了民生保障目标的实现。立足于住宅产业化的角度,以住宅业持续发展为目标,提出保障性住房设计中应界定明晰的产权体系,树立绿色设计建造理念,整合家装内胆系统,构筑开放式软件平台,推动保障性住房更好更快地发展。

At present affordable housing construction in China is most concerned about the livelihood issues.Its design and construction are still a continuation of the traditional way,restricting the realization of peoples＇ wellbeing.This paper,based on the residential industrialization perspective,with the target of houses for habitat,presents that clear definition of property rights system should be made in affordable housing design,and we should have green design concept,integrate decoration system,and build the open software platform to promote faster and better development of affordable housing.
