随着经济社会的发展,现有的《行政诉讼法》已经不能更好的为社会发展服务,修改时应引入调解机制、增设简易程序,扩大受案范围、增设行政诉讼。
隨著經濟社會的髮展,現有的《行政訴訟法》已經不能更好的為社會髮展服務,脩改時應引入調解機製、增設簡易程序,擴大受案範圍、增設行政訴訟。
수착경제사회적발전,현유적《행정소송법》이경불능경호적위사회발전복무,수개시응인입조해궤제、증설간역정서,확대수안범위、증설행정소송。
With the development of economy and society,the existing Administrative Procedure Law seems to be unable to meet the rapid development of the society.Thus,the amendment of Administrative Procedure Law should introduce in mediation mechanism of administration,enlarge case scope and add simple procedure as well as administrative court.
