利用传输矩阵法,研究周期不对称度对光子晶体透射谱的影响,结果表明:当周期不对称度为零时,光子晶体透射峰随着周期数的增大而变得越精细,但其透射率均为100%不变;当周期不对称度为不等于零的恒定值时,光子晶体透射峰的透射率低于100%,但随着周期数的增大,透射峰仅变得精细而透射率不变;光子晶体透射峰的透射率随着周期不对称度增大而下降,而且不对称度越大,透射率下降越快,同时透射峰变窄的速度也越快。周期不对称度对光子晶体透射谱的影响规律,为光子晶体模型的构造和设计制备等提供方法依据。
利用傳輸矩陣法,研究週期不對稱度對光子晶體透射譜的影響,結果錶明:噹週期不對稱度為零時,光子晶體透射峰隨著週期數的增大而變得越精細,但其透射率均為100%不變;噹週期不對稱度為不等于零的恆定值時,光子晶體透射峰的透射率低于100%,但隨著週期數的增大,透射峰僅變得精細而透射率不變;光子晶體透射峰的透射率隨著週期不對稱度增大而下降,而且不對稱度越大,透射率下降越快,同時透射峰變窄的速度也越快。週期不對稱度對光子晶體透射譜的影響規律,為光子晶體模型的構造和設計製備等提供方法依據。
이용전수구진법,연구주기불대칭도대광자정체투사보적영향,결과표명:당주기불대칭도위령시,광자정체투사봉수착주기수적증대이변득월정세,단기투사솔균위100%불변;당주기불대칭도위불등우령적항정치시,광자정체투사봉적투사솔저우100%,단수착주기수적증대,투사봉부변득정세이투사솔불변;광자정체투사봉적투사솔수착주기불대칭도증대이하강,이차불대칭도월대,투사솔하강월쾌,동시투사봉변착적속도야월쾌。주기불대칭도대광자정체투사보적영향규률,위광자정체모형적구조화설계제비등제공방법의거。
The effect of periodicity asymmetry on photonic crystals transmission spectrum was studied with the transfer matrix method.The results showed that,when the periodicity asymmetry was 0 ,transmission peaks became sharper as the periodicity increased,but the transmittance was constantly equal to 1 0 0%;when the periodicity asymmetry was any constant and nonzero values,the transmittance was under 1 0 0%. On the other side,with the increasing of periodicity,the transmission peaks sharpened with a constant transmittance.The transmittance of transmission peaks decreased with the periodicity asymmetry increasing,and the greater asymmetry was the faster transmittance decreased,as well as the transmission peaks narrowed.These properties can provide a theoretical basis for the construction and preparation and design of the photonic crystals model.
