心房纤颤是目前影响人类健康的重要心律失常疾病。随着我国的经济发展，高血压、冠心病等发病率越来越高，由此导致心房纤颤的发生率也越来越高。心房纤颤的发生，不仅降低了患者的运动耐力，而且会引起血栓栓塞、继发心脏扩大等并发症，严重威胁着患者的健康、生活质量甚至生命。因此，有效预防心房纤颤的发生，并对已发生的心房纤颤采取有效的治疗措施，已成为近年来治疗心律失常的重要部分，而心房纤颤射频消融术是心房纤颤治疗方案中较前沿且重要的一项。

Atrial fibrillation( AF)is the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice. The AF will not only decrease the exercise tolerance of patients,but will also lead to complications like thromboembolism and cardiac enlargement,significantly threatening patients' health,life quality or even life. So,it is an important part of arrhyth-mia treatment to prevent the occurring of AF and to take effective treatment measures on AF that has already occurred. AF radiofre-quency ablation is one of the most advanced treatment option of these treatment measures.
