目的：探讨认知合并艾司西酞普兰治疗老年性抑郁症的效果。方法：取我院2011年-2012年80例老年抑郁症随机分成观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），观察组采用认知治疗合并艾司西酞普兰治疗，对照组单纯采用艾司西酞普兰治疗，治疗前后采用HAMD（汉密尔顿抑郁量表）及HAMA（汉密尔顿焦虑量表）评分，对比评分结果。结果：观察组治疗前后HAMD、HAMA评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组HAMD、HAMA评分明显低于对照组患者，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：认知治疗合并艾司西酞普兰治疗能有效改善老年抑郁症状，改善焦虑、抑郁情绪，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토인지합병애사서태보란치료노년성억욱증적효과。방법：취아원2011년-2012년80례노년억욱증수궤분성관찰조（40례）화대조조（40례），관찰조채용인지치료합병애사서태보란치료，대조조단순채용애사서태보란치료，치료전후채용HAMD（한밀이돈억욱량표）급HAMA（한밀이돈초필량표）평분，대비평분결과。결과：관찰조치료전후HAMD、HAMA평분비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료후관찰조HAMD、HAMA평분명현저우대조조환자，조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：인지치료합병애사서태보란치료능유효개선노년억욱증상，개선초필、억욱정서，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate the cognitive merger escitalopram treatment of senile depression effect. Methods: Hospital 2011 -2012 80 cases of senile depression were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the observation group cognitive therapy combined escitalopram treatment, the control group were using Ai Secretary citalopram treatment, before and after treatment using the HAMD (Hamilton depression Rating Scale) and HAMA (Hamilton anxiety Scale) score, compared score results. Results:The study group before and after treatment HAMD, HAMA score, the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group HAMD, HAMA score was significantly lower than the control group of patients, comparing the differences between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive therapy combined escitalopram treatment can effectively improve geriatric depression symptoms, improve anxiety, depression, should be widely applied.
