文章通过ELES模型分析昆明市的消费结构,结果表明现阶段昆明市城镇居民的消费结构由生存型向发展型及享受型过渡,在此基础上进行EKC曲线分析,构造出消费水平与相关环境指标的函数,发现除了工业固体废物产生量和居民生活废气排放,昆明市消费水平的变动对城市环境的影响并不显著。而且现阶段工业固体废物产生量及居民生活废气的排放呈现递减趋势,在EKC曲线拐点之后,实证分析符合昆明市的现状。

Firstly the paper analyses Kunming consumption structure by ELES model, and the result shows that the consumption structure of urban residents in Kunming is translating to the development and enjoyment currently. Secondly on this basis, doing EKC curve analysis, constructing function for the level of consumption and the related environmental indicators, obtaining that Kunming consumption level changes did not affect significantly the urban environment, except the industrial solid waste production and living emission. And at this stage of industrial solid wastes produced and living emissions show a decreasing trend and after EKC inflection point. In a word the above empirical analysis is suitable for Kunming basic status.
