目的：分析封闭式骨牵引针眼护理效果。方法：取我院2011年-2012年100例实施骨牵引患者随机分成观察组（50例）和对照组（50例），观察组采用碘状消毒护理骨牵引针眼，并使用Y型无菌纱布保护针眼位置；对照组采用传统酒精消毒。对比两组针眼感染率及疼痛程度。结果：观察组患者细菌培养阳性占6%，出现红肿、分泌物现象占4%；对照组细菌培养阳性占28%，出现红肿、分泌物现象占30%，针眼感染率明显低于对照组患者，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用封闭式骨牵引针眼护理，能有效降低针眼感染率、减轻患者疼痛，值得推广应用。
목적：분석봉폐식골견인침안호리효과。방법：취아원2011년-2012년100례실시골견인환자수궤분성관찰조（50례）화대조조（50례），관찰조채용전상소독호리골견인침안，병사용Y형무균사포보호침안위치；대조조채용전통주정소독。대비량조침안감염솔급동통정도。결과：관찰조환자세균배양양성점6%，출현홍종、분비물현상점4%；대조조세균배양양성점28%，출현홍종、분비물현상점30%，침안감염솔명현저우대조조환자，조간대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자동통정도명현저우대조조환자，조간대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：채용봉폐식골견인침안호리，능유효강저침안감염솔、감경환자동통，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To analyze the effect of closed skeletal traction needle care. Methods: Hospital in 2011 and 2012 to implement bone 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group traction (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), the observation group iodine disinfection treatments like traction bone needle, and use the Y-sterile gauze protection of needle position; the control group using traditional alcohol disinfection. Contrast two needle infection and pain. Results: The bacterial culture positive patients in the observation group (6%), redness, discharge phenomenon accounted for 4%; bacterial culture positive control group, 28%, redness, discharge phenomenon accounted for 30%, significantly lower than the eye of a needle infection control patients , comparing the differences between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P <0.05); degree of pain patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group of patients, with statistical significance (P <0.05) comparing the differences between the two groups. Conclusion: The use of closed skeletal traction needle care, can effectively reduce the eye of a needle infection, reduce pain, should be widely applied.
