The design of a measurement and control system of injection molding machine based on C 8051F020 SCM is pre-sented in this paper .Some resources are provided by C8051F020 such as ADC ,DAC ,inner temperature sensors and PWM functions .The application and achievement of the improved PID algorithm in constant temperature control of charging bar -rel for the injection molding machine are introduced in the paper .Given that the temperature of the charging barrel can be monitored in real-time and the corresponding temperature response curve can be acquired ,the PID parameters can be adjust-ed conveniently and rapidly during the experiments of the temperature control .
