本文提出了基于 C8051F020单片机的注塑机测控系统的设计方案，其中 C8051F020自带 ADC 、DAC 、内部温度传感器、PWM 功能等模块，详细阐述了注塑机温度控制策略。介绍了改进型 PID 算法在注塑机料筒恒温控制中的应用和实现，可实时地监控注塑机料筒的温度，并得到较好的温度响应曲线，有助于在注塑机料筒温度控制实验时，更加方便、快捷的调整 PID 参数。

The design of a measurement and control system of injection molding machine based on C 8051F020 SCM is pre-sented in this paper .Some resources are provided by C8051F020 such as ADC ,DAC ,inner temperature sensors and PWM functions .The application and achievement of the improved PID algorithm in constant temperature control of charging bar -rel for the injection molding machine are introduced in the paper .Given that the temperature of the charging barrel can be monitored in real-time and the corresponding temperature response curve can be acquired ,the PID parameters can be adjust-ed conveniently and rapidly during the experiments of the temperature control .
