This essay analyzes the current situation of the work of Party building for students in non -governmental vo-cational colleges as well as the problems in the recruitment of student Party members .Besides,it also probes into the construction of the quality assurance system for the student Party members in the aspects of the cultivation mecha -nism for Party workers ,the demonstration mechanism for excellent CCPM teachers and the perfection of the reeduca -tion mechanism for student Party members .
