Based on school-enterprise cooperation ,this essay analyzes professional posts as well as introducing the de-velopment of the personnel cultivating program based on working tasks and the establishment of production -related practical training platform.Besides,it also probes into the “Triple-connection”personnel cultivating mode based on the combination of major settings and industrial demands ,curriculum contents and professional standards ,teaching process and productive process .The aim of the program is to promote the quality of personnel cultivation and meet the demands of professional posts .
