目的：探讨高尿酸血症与代谢综合征之间的关系。方法选择本院2010年10月至2011年1月1163名健康体检者为对象，检测身高、体重、血压、血糖、血脂以及血尿酸水平。结果高尿酸血症组代谢综合征各组分检出率明显高于血尿酸正常组；随代谢异常的集聚程度加重，高尿酸血症患病率增加。结论高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分间关系密切，应成为代谢综合征的组分；及早防治高尿酸血症及其相关的代谢综合征十分必要。
목적：탐토고뇨산혈증여대사종합정지간적관계。방법선택본원2010년10월지2011년1월1163명건강체검자위대상，검측신고、체중、혈압、혈당、혈지이급혈뇨산수평。결과고뇨산혈증조대사종합정각조분검출솔명현고우혈뇨산정상조；수대사이상적집취정도가중，고뇨산혈증환병솔증가。결론고뇨산혈증여대사종합정각조분간관계밀절，응성위대사종합정적조분；급조방치고뇨산혈증급기상관적대사종합정십분필요。
objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome. [Methods]A total of 1163 subjects who received health examination in Wuxi People’s hospital from Oct.2010 tO Jan.2011 were enrol ed in our study.[Results]Considering the detection rate of compositions of metabolic syndrome,the prevalence of hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than the non-hyperurieemia group.With cluster of metabolic syndrome components,prevalence rate of hyperuricemia were increased. [Conclusion]The relationship between compositions of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome was close,suggesting that hyperuricemia might serve as one of the compositions of metabolic syndrome. It is important that hyperuricemia and metabolie syndrome should be prevented and treated early.
