本文调查了医生、护士和医学生对临终关怀的认识，探讨了临终关怀在粤北地区的普及程度、发展模式及限制原因。调查结果显示临终关怀在粤北地区普及率低，家庭模式未深入民心；限制临终关怀发展的主要原因是缺乏应有的政策支持和社会支助。建议：1、医学生应进行临终关怀理论的系统学习，重视相关人才的培养；2、应以家庭临终关怀模式为主，其他模式共同发展。3、政府建立多方位临终关怀服务制度，加大干预力度。

The thesis surveys the awareness of hospice of doctors,nurses and medical students and reveals popularization,developmentmode and limiting factors of hospicei nnorthernGuangDong.The outcome reveals popularization of hospice is depressing and the home pattern that patient serve care have not been adopted.Lacking governmental and social support accounts most for poor popularization.Fol owingadvice:promoting systemic study of the hospice in medical student,training relevant personneland taking home hospice care as main pattern,with other model coexisted.Government built the system of hospice from various aspects and increasing power of intervenes.
