目的：观察高压氧（Hyperbaric oxygen，HBO）治疗脑卒中的疗效。方法：将70例脑卒中患者随机分为高压氧治疗组和对照组各35例。两组在常规药物治疗的基础上，HBO组加用高压氧治疗，1次/天，每次60min，10次为一疗程，共两个疗程。对两组患者分别于治疗前后及两组之间的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度和Barthel指数进行评价。结果：两组治疗前后及两组之间的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度和Barthel指数均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：HBO结合药物治疗脑卒中较单纯药物治疗效果明显，且能显著改善预后。
목적：관찰고압양（Hyperbaric oxygen，HBO）치료뇌졸중적료효。방법：장70례뇌졸중환자수궤분위고압양치료조화대조조각35례。량조재상규약물치료적기출상，HBO조가용고압양치료，1차/천，매차60min，10차위일료정，공량개료정。대량조환자분별우치료전후급량조지간적림상료효、신경공능결손정도화Barthel지수진행평개。결과：량조치료전후급량조지간적림상료효、신경공능결손정도화Barthel지수균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：HBO결합약물치료뇌졸중교단순약물치료효과명현，차능현저개선예후。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cerebral apoplexy patient. Methods 70 patient with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the HPO group, 35 cases were included in each group. Al the two groups were treated with routine medication. Besides regular medication, the HPO group was treated by two courses of HPO treatment, each course consisted of 10-days treatment, 60 min treatment each day. Observing the curative effect, scores of neurologic impairment and Barthel index before and after the treatment of each group. Results There was significant difference in curative effect, the scores of neurologic impairment and Barthel index between the two groups and the results of the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine medication, HPO treatment could improve significantly the curative effect and the long-term prognosis.
