运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、医院领导访谈法和数据统计法，对皖北及苏北12家县级医院的临床医学专业学位硕士研究生(简称专业学位硕士)需求情况进行分析和研究，发现专业学位硕士临床工作中的优势和不足，总结县级医院对专业学位硕士毕业生的需求，旨在为医学类研究生提供就业指导及为硕士培养单位提供建设性建议。
運用文獻資料法、調查問捲法、醫院領導訪談法和數據統計法，對皖北及囌北12傢縣級醫院的臨床醫學專業學位碩士研究生(簡稱專業學位碩士)需求情況進行分析和研究，髮現專業學位碩士臨床工作中的優勢和不足，總結縣級醫院對專業學位碩士畢業生的需求，旨在為醫學類研究生提供就業指導及為碩士培養單位提供建設性建議。
운용문헌자료법、조사문권법、의원령도방담법화수거통계법，대환북급소북12가현급의원적림상의학전업학위석사연구생(간칭전업학위석사)수구정황진행분석화연구，발현전업학위석사림상공작중적우세화불족，총결현급의원대전업학위석사필업생적수구，지재위의학류연구생제공취업지도급위석사배양단위제공건설성건의。
The demands for master personnel of clinical medicine (the master for short)in 1 2 county hospitals in North of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces were analyzed and investigated through the literature,the survey questionnaire,hospital leaders’ interview and data statistics etc.The advantages of master personnel in clinical medical working and their weakness were listed. Based on this,the demands for master personnel of clinical medicine in county hospital were summarized to provide the careering guidance for the medical graduate students and the constructive suggestion for the medical graduate training.
