通过采用包括地面物探、井下电磁法探测、巷道超前探测在内的综合探测技术,对矿井9煤小窑破坏区域进行详细探测。考虑到矿井9煤特厚煤层工作面两巷与小窑破坏区域的空间位置、围岩结构状况的不同,分别采用包括“超前预注浆+架棚支护”、“高预紧力强力锚网支护+工字钢棚复合支护”等方式,对小窑影响区域的巷道进行支护与加固。现场试验表明,经过支护与加固的小窑破坏区域巷道段,成功抵抗了煤层复采期间的各种压力,巷道围岩保持了良好的稳定性,实现了特厚煤层小窑影响区域残留煤炭资源的安全复采。
通過採用包括地麵物探、井下電磁法探測、巷道超前探測在內的綜閤探測技術,對礦井9煤小窯破壞區域進行詳細探測。攷慮到礦井9煤特厚煤層工作麵兩巷與小窯破壞區域的空間位置、圍巖結構狀況的不同,分彆採用包括“超前預註漿+架棚支護”、“高預緊力彊力錨網支護+工字鋼棚複閤支護”等方式,對小窯影響區域的巷道進行支護與加固。現場試驗錶明,經過支護與加固的小窯破壞區域巷道段,成功牴抗瞭煤層複採期間的各種壓力,巷道圍巖保持瞭良好的穩定性,實現瞭特厚煤層小窯影響區域殘留煤炭資源的安全複採。
통과채용포괄지면물탐、정하전자법탐측、항도초전탐측재내적종합탐측기술,대광정9매소요파배구역진행상세탐측。고필도광정9매특후매층공작면량항여소요파배구역적공간위치、위암결구상황적불동,분별채용포괄“초전예주장+가붕지호”、“고예긴력강력묘망지호+공자강붕복합지호”등방식,대소요영향구역적항도진행지호여가고。현장시험표명,경과지호여가고적소요파배구역항도단,성공저항료매층복채기간적각충압력,항도위암보지료량호적은정성,실현료특후매층소요영향구역잔류매탄자원적안전복채。
By the comprehensive detection technology including ground-geophysical , underground electromagnetic detection and road-way advanced detection and so on , the area of small coal mine broken was clearly surveyed in 9 coal seam.Considering the different conditions of roadway surrounding in the broken area caused by small mine gobs , the supporting manner combined with pre-grouting, shed supporting and bolting with high strength were employed.It was proved that the roadway surroundings after supporting could resist all kinds of ground pressure during the process of repeated mining in extra-thick coal seam.
