以KSJM6130数控车床床身导轨部件为对象,进行实物拆装、结构剖析、虚拟仿真拆装过程和实现原理的研究。采用的方法首先是仔细分析研究床身导轨组成零部件结构、装配机理和拆装程序,确定出部件的装配和拆装工艺规程,再结合Solidworks三维造型功能完成零件实体造型、实体样机装配,最终利用Solidworks虚拟仿真和动画渲染技术开发出数控车床床身导轨三维动画虚拟拆装、导轨内部结构辨识实验教学平台。项目研究为机床整体的机械、电气软硬件一体化综合仿真实验平台研制奠定扎实基础。

Taking the KSJM6130 CNC lathe bed rail assembly as an object, physical dismantling its mechanical, structural analysis, virtual simulation disassembly process and the realization theorem were carried out and studied. The first approach is to carefully analyze the constituent parts of the rail bed structure, assembly mechanism and disassembly procedures, then to determine the components of the assembly and disassembly process planning. Combined with three-dimensional modeling features, diffent parts to be sharped were completed by Solidworks solid modeling to finish physical prototype assembly. Finally Solidworks virtual simulation and animation rendering technology were used to have developed CNC lathe bed rails dimensional animation virtual disassembly and rail internal structure identification experiment teaching platform. The whole machine is taken as the research object which involves in the mechanical, electrical, hardware and software integration, integrated simulation platform and to lay a solid foundation.
