为了充分的分析和理解光伏电池最大功率跟踪系统的动态特性，建立了光伏电池最大功率跟踪系统的数学模型，包括光伏电池模型、最大功率跟踪控制电路模型、PWM 控制电路模型、Boost 电路模型等。采用模糊逻辑控制与扰动观察法相结合的方法，提高了MPPT的速度和精度。最后开发了光伏电池MPPT系统的仿真软件，模拟了在天气变化情况下的光伏电池的功率输出特性。仿真结果表明，在天气变化情况下，光伏电池 MPPT 系统能够快速准确地收敛到新的最大功率点具有很好的稳态特性和动态特性。

In order to analyze and understand dynamic characteristics of the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) system of photovoltaic (PV) cells to the full extent, mathematical model of the PV MPPT system was established, including PV cells model, MPPT controlling circuit model, PWM circuit model, and boost circuit model. Moreover, perturbation and observation method with fuzzy logic control was used in the MPPT controlling circuit, which accelerates the tracking speed and improves the controlling accuracy. At last, simulation software of the PV MPPT system was developed which simulates output power characteristic of the system when the weather changes. The simulation results show that the PV MPPT system can track the maximum power point quickly and accurately with the good steady-state characteristic and the dynamic characteristic when the weather changes.
