目的：探讨老年患者肺部感染的护理对策。方法收集我院2012～2013年收治的60例高龄患者肺部感染治疗的情况进行护理剖析。结果60例肺部感染高龄患者治疗结果有效。其中25例患者得以痊愈，好转患者26例，死亡患者9例。结论对老年肺部感染患者给予有效的护理措施，可以改善患者预后，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토노년환자폐부감염적호리대책。방법수집아원2012～2013년수치적60례고령환자폐부감염치료적정황진행호리부석。결과60례폐부감염고령환자치료결과유효。기중25례환자득이전유，호전환자26례，사망환자9례。결론대노년폐부감염환자급여유효적호리조시，가이개선환자예후，제고생활질량。
Objective In elderly patients with pulmonary infection nursing.Methods Collected in our hospital in 2012~2013 were treated 60 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary infection treatment is not available for care analysis .Results 60 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary infection treatment outcomes effectively.Among 25 patients can be cured ,improved in 26 patients,9 patients died.Conclusion Pulmonary infection in elderly patients given effective interventions that can improve the prognosis and quality of life .
