目的：探讨睾丸内各类型恶性肿块影像学特征。方法对一组24例病理证实的睾丸恶性肿块CT、MR影像表现及病理进行分析。结果本组24例中精原细胞瘤17例；混合性生殖细胞瘤、淋巴瘤各2例；未成熟型畸胎瘤、卵黄囊瘤、睾丸网腺癌各1例。影像学检查对睾丸恶性肿块定位准，尤其MR对肿块组织特征显示清楚，部分肿瘤具有特征性影像表现。结论结合患者临床资料和影像学特征对大部分睾丸恶性实性肿块可明确诊断及临床分期。
목적：탐토고환내각류형악성종괴영상학특정。방법대일조24례병리증실적고환악성종괴CT、MR영상표현급병리진행분석。결과본조24례중정원세포류17례；혼합성생식세포류、림파류각2례；미성숙형기태류、란황낭류、고환망선암각1례。영상학검사대고환악성종괴정위준，우기MR대종괴조직특정현시청초，부분종류구유특정성영상표현。결론결합환자림상자료화영상학특정대대부분고환악성실성종괴가명학진단급림상분기。
Objective To study the imaging characteristics of malignant solid testicular lesions. Methods CT and MR imaging manifestations in 24 cases with testis malignant tumor proved by pathological examinations were analyzed. Results 17 cases of Seminoma were diagnosed in total of 25 cases, 2 cases of mixed germ cell tumor, 2 cases of lymphoma. One case of Immature teratoma, yolk sac tumor and testis adenocarcinoma were found. Imaging examination, especially MRI, could accurately show the location and characteristic of testicular malignant tumor. Conclusion It's possible to make an accurate diagnosis by the combination of clinical data with imaging features in most of the testis malignant solid tumors.
