以金霉素水溶液为研究对象,分析了波数范围为400~1800 cm-1的金霉素水溶液的拉曼光谱,以探讨金霉素水溶液的表面增强拉曼光谱快速测定方法。以OTR202和OTR103作为表面增强试剂,应用air-PLS方法对原始的表面增强拉曼光谱进行预处理以消除荧光等背景信号的影响,并对金霉素水溶液的表面增强拉曼进行了半定量分析。结果表明,该方法对金霉素水溶液的检测浓度可达到0.1 mg/L,说明表面增强拉曼光谱技术可用于金霉素水溶液的快速测定中。
以金黴素水溶液為研究對象,分析瞭波數範圍為400~1800 cm-1的金黴素水溶液的拉曼光譜,以探討金黴素水溶液的錶麵增彊拉曼光譜快速測定方法。以OTR202和OTR103作為錶麵增彊試劑,應用air-PLS方法對原始的錶麵增彊拉曼光譜進行預處理以消除熒光等揹景信號的影響,併對金黴素水溶液的錶麵增彊拉曼進行瞭半定量分析。結果錶明,該方法對金黴素水溶液的檢測濃度可達到0.1 mg/L,說明錶麵增彊拉曼光譜技術可用于金黴素水溶液的快速測定中。

Using the aureomycin solution as the research subject ,the Raman spectra of the aureomycin so-lution in 400~1 800 cm-1 were analyzed ,and the rapid determination method for aureomycin solution using the surface enhanced Raman spectrum ( SERS ) was investigated .OTR202 and OTR103 were used as the surface strengthening agents ,the original surface enhanced Raman spectra were pretreated using the air-PLS method for eliminating the influence of background signals of the fluorescence etc ., and the surface enhanced Raman spectra of aureomycin solution were investigated using the semi-quantitative analysis .The results showed that the minimum detectable concentration of aureomycin solution could reach 0.1 mg/L,and this suggested that the surface enhanced Raman spectrum technology could be used to the rapid determination of aureomycin solution .
