在前期试验中分离到对柑橘病害具有生防作用的土壤放线菌ML27,为进一步了解该菌的生防作用,对其进行了鉴定和抗真菌活性代谢产物的性质研究。形态特征、培养特性、生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列分析表明,该放线菌被归为黄色类群链霉菌( Streptomyces sp.);发酵滤液活性测定结果表明,菌株ML27抗真菌活性代谢产物在酸性环境下稳定,对温度不敏感,紫外线稳定性较好,胰蛋白酶对发酵滤液活性无明显影响;不同极性有机溶剂萃取后生测表明其主要抗真菌活性代谢产物为脂溶性。试验结果可为菌株ML27防治柑橘真菌性病害和开发具有自主知识产权的生物杀菌剂奠定基础。

Actinomyces ML27 from soil,which is able to control the disease of citrus ,was obtained in the previous experiment .To clarify the function of ML 27 against citrus diseases , the identification and antifungal bioactive metabolites produced by ML 27 were executed .By the methods of morphological ,chemical and 16S rD-NA gene sequenced and analyzed for similarities ,strain ML27 was indentified as Streptomyces sp..The result from detecting the activity of the fermentation liquid indicated that the antifungal substances were not sensitive to the temperature ,and stable under acidic pH/ultraviolet radiation/proteases .It was found that the main anti-fungal activity substances were soluble in grease of different organics .The results can be for establishing the foundation on applying the strain ML 27 for controling the fungal diseases on citrus and exploring the biological fungicides with own intellectual property rights .
