采用常规石蜡切片和HE染色的方法,研究鲶鱼和黄颡鱼内脏器官中色素的分布特点与差异性。结果表明,在黄颡鱼和鲶鱼肝、肾、头肾、脾中都发现色素分布,且在黄颡鱼的胰腺中也观察到少量色素。比较2种鱼各器官的色素可知,黄颡鱼各器官内色素分布相对于鲶鱼较多,且色素一般聚集成团状分布;而鲶鱼各器官内色素分布一般较为弥散,且色素密度较大,呈棕黑色。此外,每种鱼的肝脏和胰腺内色素分布都较少;脾脏和头肾内色素分布都较多;肾脏内色素分布较消化器官多,较免疫器官少。研究为鱼体内色素生成、沉积和变化的生物学机制提供理论基础,也为评价鱼体自身生理状况、鱼肉品质和水质污染状况提供形态学依据。

The distribution and variability of pigments in various organs of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco and Parasilurus asotus were investigated by paraffin sections and HE staining .The results showed that pigments were observed in the liver ,kidney,head-kidney and spleen of the two fishes .There were some differences in the visceral pigments in the two fishes .Some pigments were located in the pancreas of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco, but not in it of Parasilurus asotus.In general,the massive pigments in viscera of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco were more than dispersed and dense pigments of Parasilurus asotus.Furthermore , the amount of pigments in liver and pancreas was relatively small .The amount of pigments located in immune organs ,spleen and head kidney of the two fishes was relatively large .Some pigments were observed in kidney .These findings will contribute to clarity of the mechanisms of generation , deposition and variation of pigments in fish .In addition , the visceral pigments of fishes can be taken as an indicator of body constitution ,meat quality and water pollution .
