研究发酵豆粕对仔猪生长性能、粪便成分、血液生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响。选取300头25 kg左右的“杜长大”仔猪作为试验动物,根据体质量相近、公母比例相同的原则将其随机分为空白对照组、抗生素对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20头。空白对照组饲喂无抗生素基础饲粮,抗生素对照组在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg的吉他霉素,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中用5%、10%、15%的发酵豆粕取代普通豆粕,各组营养水平调至相同,试验期为34 d。结果显示,与抗生素对照组相比,使用5%的发酵豆粕取代豆粕,可显著提高猪的日增重,显著降低料重比,每增重1 kg所需的饲料成本降低0.24元,显著降低粪便中氮含量( P<0.05),极显著降低粪便中粗灰分和钙含量( P<0.01)。与空白对照组和抗生素对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ血清总蛋白含量显著升高( P<0.05),试验组Ⅲ血清尿素氮水平显著下降( P<0.05),各试验组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性显著升高( P<0.05)。与抗生素对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ血清过氧化氢酶活性显著下降( P<0.05)。结果表明,在仔猪阶段,使用5%的发酵豆粕取代豆粕,可改善其生产性能,降低单位增重的饲料成本,降低粪便中养分含量,并且在饲粮中使用不同含量的发酵豆粕对仔猪的部分血液生化指标和抗氧化指标均有显著的影响。

연구발효두박대자저생장성능、분편성분、혈액생화지표화항양화지표적영향。선취300두25 kg좌우적“두장대”자저작위시험동물,근거체질량상근、공모비례상동적원칙장기수궤분위공백대조조、항생소대조조、시험Ⅰ、Ⅱ화Ⅲ조,매조설3개중복,매개중복20두。공백대조조사위무항생소기출사량,항생소대조조재기출사량중첨가50 mg/kg적길타매소,시험Ⅰ、Ⅱ화Ⅲ조분별재기출사량중용5%、10%、15%적발효두박취대보통두박,각조영양수평조지상동,시험기위34 d。결과현시,여항생소대조조상비,사용5%적발효두박취대두박,가현저제고저적일증중,현저강저료중비,매증중1 kg소수적사료성본강저0.24원,현저강저분편중담함량( P<0.05),겁현저강저분편중조회분화개함량( P<0.01)。여공백대조조화항생소대조조상비,시험조Ⅱ혈청총단백함량현저승고( P<0.05),시험조Ⅲ혈청뇨소담수평현저하강( P<0.05),각시험조적혈청곡광감태과양화물매적활성현저승고( P<0.05)。여항생소대조조상비,시험조Ⅱ화시험조Ⅲ혈청과양화경매활성현저하강( P<0.05)。결과표명,재자저계단,사용5%적발효두박취대두박,가개선기생산성능,강저단위증중적사료성본,강저분편중양분함량,병차재사량중사용불동함량적발효두박대자저적부분혈액생화지표화항양화지표균유현저적영향。
To investigate the effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance ,fecal compounds , biochemical index and antioxidant index in serum of piglets .Three hundred piglets ( Duroc ×Landrace ×York-shire ) about 25 kg of weight were divided randomly into the blank control group ,the antibacterial control group and three treatment groups by weight and sex ,each group had three repeats with 20 piglets.The blank control group was fed with no-antibiotic basal diet ,the antibacterial control group was fed with basal diet supplemen-ted with 50 mg/kg of kitasamycin , the treatment groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 5%,10%and 15%of fermented soybean meal in place of soybean meal .The experiment lasted 34 days.The results indicated that the daily gain was significantly increased and the feed gain ratio was decreased in pig -lets by replacing soybean meal with 5%fermented soybean meal compared with antibacterial control group ,the feed cost was decreased by 0.24 yuan(RMB) per kg body weight gain;the content of nitrogen was significantly decreased in fecal ( P<0.05);the contents of crude ash and calcium were significantly decreased in fecal ( P<0.01) .Compared with the blank control group and the antibacterial control group ,the serum total protein was in-creased in the treatment groupⅡ( P<0.05) ,the serum urea nitrogen was decreased in the treatment group Ⅲ( P<0.05) ,The ectivity of glutathione peroxidase increased in all the treatment groups ( P<0.05) .Compared with the antibacterial control group ,the serum catalase activity was decreased in the treatment groupⅡandⅢ.In conclu-sion,the growth performance was increased and the nutrient content in fecal was decreased by replacing soybean meal with 5%fermented soybean meal , the feed cost was decreased .Fermented soybean meal had significant effects on blood biochemical index and antioxidant ablitity in serum of piglets ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) .
