为研究高效解磷细菌多噬伯克霍尔德氏菌( Burkholderia multivorans) WS-FJ9对杨树的促生机制,探讨了接种WS-FJ9菌株对NL-895杨磷素代谢、氮素代谢、可溶性蛋白含量及根系活力的影响,从养分代谢和根系活力的角度阐明WS-FJ9菌株对杨树的促生机制。结果表明,接种WS-FJ9处理能显著提高NL-895杨磷素含量、增加硝态氮和可溶性蛋白的含量,增强硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力,从而促进了杨树的生长。

위연구고효해린세균다서백극곽이덕씨균( Burkholderia multivorans) WS-FJ9대양수적촉생궤제,탐토료접충WS-FJ9균주대NL-895양린소대사、담소대사、가용성단백함량급근계활력적영향,종양분대사화근계활력적각도천명WS-FJ9균주대양수적촉생궤제。결과표명,접충WS-FJ9처리능현저제고NL-895양린소함량、증가초태담화가용성단백적함량,증강초산환원매활성화근계활력,종이촉진료양수적생장。
The aim of this research was to study the growth-promoting effects of Burkholderia multivorans WS-FJ9 on poplar.To this end,the effects of inoculating strain WS-FJ9 on phosphorus metabolism ,nitrogen metabolism,contents of soluble protein and root activity of poplar were investigated .The growth-promoting mechanism of strain WS-FJ9 on poplars was illuminated from the perspective of nutrient metabolism and root activity.The results showed that inoculating strain WS-FJ9 could significantly improve the contents of phos-phorus ,nitrate nitrogen and soluble protein ,and enhance nitrate reductase activity and root activity of NL-895 poplar,thus the growth and development of poplar were promoted .
