制备了石墨烯修饰铂电极,研究了多巴胺在裸铂电极和修饰铂电极上的电化学行为,并且进一步研究了电解液中存在的甘氨酸对多巴胺电化学行为的影响。实验结果表明,电解液中的甘氨酸会减弱多巴胺的给电子能力,抑制其发生氧化,这种作用主要体现为氧化还原电流明显减小和氧化还原电位差稍有增大。石墨烯修饰铂电极对多巴胺有明显的催化作用。
製備瞭石墨烯脩飾鉑電極,研究瞭多巴胺在裸鉑電極和脩飾鉑電極上的電化學行為,併且進一步研究瞭電解液中存在的甘氨痠對多巴胺電化學行為的影響。實驗結果錶明,電解液中的甘氨痠會減弱多巴胺的給電子能力,抑製其髮生氧化,這種作用主要體現為氧化還原電流明顯減小和氧化還原電位差稍有增大。石墨烯脩飾鉑電極對多巴胺有明顯的催化作用。

Graphene modified platinum electrode was prepared,and the electrochremical behaviors of dopamine was studied on the bare and modified platinum electrode. Furthermore, the impact of glycine on dopamine was studied with the two kinds of working electrodes. Experimental results show that glycine can hinder the oxidation of dopamine through weakening the electron-donating ability of dopamine by some means in the electrolyte. And the interaction behaves as that glycine can decrease the oxidation and reduction current sharply and increase the gap between oxidation potential and reduction potential. The graphene modified electrode has excellent catalytic properties for redox of dopamine.
