论述了监控预警技术中的网络搭建、数据实时采集与无线传输、手机短信预警信息发布与远程控制的技术方法。该方法实现了对不同传感器协议的兼容及组网技术，通过远程服务器对数据进行统一管理，用户通过计算机客户端、Web客户端和手机客户端可实现远程实时监测。若数据异常时，可通过客户端、手机短信等预警方式实时预警，并可控制远程设备，实现灌溉和通风等。该技术已在吉林省进行示范应用，有效地解决了设施农业集约化管理，提高了设施农业园区管理水平和应对异常的能力。

This paper discussed the technology and methods of constructing monitoring network for the greenhouse and other growing environment ,real-time data acquisition and wireless transmission of data , early warning information release and remote control of the equipment .By different sensor protocol com-patibility and networking technology ,using the remote server data unified management ,users logged in through the computer client ,the web client ,and the mobile phone client to realize remote real-time mon-itor environment of the facilities . If the data are abnormal , they may achieve the real-time warning through the client ,mobile phone short messages warning and realize irrigation and ventilation by control-ling remote devices .The technology has been applied in Jilin province for demonstration ,and it can ef-fectively solve centralized management and improve the level of facility agriculture park management and the ability to deal with abnormal situations .
