从吉林省万良地区采集到的人参根际土壤中分离、纯化获得113株细菌,采用平板对峙法筛选出15株对人参链格孢菌具有良好抑制作用的菌株。用生长速率法对抑菌效果较好的菌株ND-60进行抑菌谱的测定,并进行盆栽试验验证其对人参黑斑病的防治效果。抑菌试验结果表明:菌株ND-60发酵液对链格孢菌的抑制率达82.43%,其还具有较好的广谱抑菌作用。盆栽试验结果表明:ND-60对人参黑斑病的防治效果为80.21%(保护作用)和72.22%(治疗作用),与农药对照组相比差异均显著( P<0.05)。经形态特征鉴定、生理生化特征鉴定及16SrDNA序列分析,确定ND-60为芽孢杆菌属解淀粉酶芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens )。

Using the plate confrontation assay ,fifteen strains with antagonistic effect on Alternaria panax Whetz were screened out of 113 bacteria isolated from the ginseng rhizosphere soil of Wanliang region of Jilin province .The plate-confrontation method and the growth speed rate method were used for preliminary screening and antimicrobial test in vitro .Pot trials were carried out to assess the inhibitory activity of strain ND-60 in vivo .The results showed that the inhibition rate of strain ND-60 fermentation broth was 82.43% to A .p .Whetz and also had good broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect .The strain ND-60 had significant control efficacy ( P<0 .05 ) when compared with the pesticides treatments ,and the protective and therapeutic efficacy of the aseptic filtrate of ND-60 reached 80.21% and 72.22% ,respectively .Ac-cording to morphologic , physiological and biochemical characteristic identification and 16S rDNA se-quence analysis ,strain ND-60 was classified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens .
