为了明确甘蓝夜蛾对大豆叶片的取食量,深入研究其取食为害规律,试验采用离体叶片单头饲养法,在室温26~27℃条件下观察了甘蓝夜蛾各虫态发育历期并测定了其各龄期幼虫取食量。结果显示:甘蓝夜蛾卵发育历期平均需3.64 d ,幼虫共6龄,其发育历期需17.88 d ,预蛹期需1.85 d ,蛹期需13.78 d。各龄幼虫的头宽与体长均随着龄期的增长而增大,头宽与体长的生长模型分别为 y头宽=0.119 x2-0.203 x+0.438( R2=0.998);y体长=0.872 x2-0.224 x+2.073( R2=0.998);甘蓝夜蛾幼虫累积取食量与发育龄期的关系模型为 y=4.93e1.30 x ( R2=0.995)。整个幼虫期每头幼虫可累计取食大豆叶片面积为12918.16 mm2。其中4~6龄幼虫的取食量占整个幼虫期取食量的97%以上。
為瞭明確甘藍夜蛾對大豆葉片的取食量,深入研究其取食為害規律,試驗採用離體葉片單頭飼養法,在室溫26~27℃條件下觀察瞭甘藍夜蛾各蟲態髮育歷期併測定瞭其各齡期幼蟲取食量。結果顯示:甘藍夜蛾卵髮育歷期平均需3.64 d ,幼蟲共6齡,其髮育歷期需17.88 d ,預蛹期需1.85 d ,蛹期需13.78 d。各齡幼蟲的頭寬與體長均隨著齡期的增長而增大,頭寬與體長的生長模型分彆為 y頭寬=0.119 x2-0.203 x+0.438( R2=0.998);y體長=0.872 x2-0.224 x+2.073( R2=0.998);甘藍夜蛾幼蟲纍積取食量與髮育齡期的關繫模型為 y=4.93e1.30 x ( R2=0.995)。整箇幼蟲期每頭幼蟲可纍計取食大豆葉片麵積為12918.16 mm2。其中4~6齡幼蟲的取食量佔整箇幼蟲期取食量的97%以上。

To clarify soybean leaf feeding amount and harmful feeding law of Mamestra brassicae L .,du-ration of its each developmental stage was investigated and its feeding amount was determined at room temperature 26-27 ℃ , using the method of feeding single larva with detached leaves . The results showed that M . brassicae larva underwent 6 instars and the average developmental duration of larva was 3.64 d and its developmental duration was 17.88 d .The prepupa stage was about 1.85 d ,and the pupal stage was about 13.78 d .Head width and body length were both increasing with the instars ,the growth equations are as follows :yhead width=0.119 x2 -0.203 x+0.438(R2=0.998);ybody length=0.872 x2 -0.224x+2.073(R2=0.998) .The relationship between instar and feeding amount is :y=4.93e1.30x ( R2=0.995 ) .Total feeding amount of M . brassicae larva was 12 918.16 mm2 ,and the feeding amount of 4~6 instars accounted for more than 97% of the whole larva duration .
